If we haven’t met yet, I’m Kelly — furniture-flipper, entrepreneur , mum to two wonderful kids, and wife to a very handy tradie (seriously, the man can fix anything ... .well almost). We live on the beautiful Gold Coast, and I’m so glad you’ve landed in my little corner of the internet.

My love affair with furniture flipping started over a decade ago when we wanted to decorate our home. I’d just wrapped up my Interior Design studies and was ready to unleash my decorating skills… except for one tiny detail: my champagne taste didn’t quite match my “just-finished-studying” budget.

Enter: the local op shops. I started dragging home secondhand pieces that had definitely seen better days and thought, “What if…?” Before long, I was head-over-heels for the process — turning the forgotten and unloved into totally unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Not only did it save me a ton of money, but it felt amazing to breathe new life into old furniture (and keep it out of the landfill in the process).

Fast forward 11 years, and I’ve flipped hundreds of pieces, built a beautiful business that gives me both lifestyle freedom and a creative outlet, and found the absolute joy of teaching others to do the same.
