  • Bring along your medium sized piece to transform together on the day (think hall tables, sideboards, bedsides, coffee tables) and gain SO much new confidence and knowledge, as well as a professionally refinished piece you can be proud of!

  • You’ll have access to a beautiful range of paint colours, inspiration, products and tools that will elevate your piece.

  • A beautiful selection of trendy furniture hardware is also available to purchase on the day.

  • A lovely lunch and refreshments to be enjoyed whilst getting creative.

  • Worried we may not get your piece completed on the day? Each piece is so unique and different and it really depends on what you want to achieve… Occasionally the 4.5 hours may not be quite enough time to complete the piece, in which case, i can complete it for you at an hourly rate or you can complete the rest at home with your new found skills.

FAQ

  • Wherever possible we will be using water-based chalk paint & wax (non-toxic & eco-friendly). You will be provided with a mask and gloves for any process involving saw dust or harsh chemicals.

  • Think you’re not creative? This is the perfect way to tap into your creativity and if you aren’t confident, I'm here to offer my ideas and guidance.

  • Small to medium sized pieces are generally fine to complete in the 4.5 hrs. It really depends on the techniques you want to focus on and the kind of piece you bring. Reach out if you have any questions.

    For larger items, I can complete the piece for you at an extra cost once the workshop is over or you can book in another few hours with me.

  • For unforeseen circumstances with cancellations up to one week’s notice, you are able to reschedule your booking to a future date. For all other last minute cancellations, you will be required to pay a $50 re-booking fee.

  • Yes, we can do stripping in the private classes.

  • Sure! I give a discount per person if you wish to bring a friend however keep in mind that this means we cover less.

  • The cost of the private workshop includes all of the basic consumables like paint, wallpaper, textured pastes, sealers, sand paper etc. There will be additional costs for materials if you wish to use timber beading. Handles are also extra and can be purchased on the day.
